The holiday home can be rented for a minimum of 7 nights in the season.

We will confirm your order within 24 hours of your written order.

Next, we will ask you to transfer an advance of $ 25,000.

Upon receipt of the advance we will consider your booking as final. Then you will get the exact address of the hotel on the map.

The accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 14:00 to 20:00 and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

The remaining amount of the accommodation fee must be paid on the day of arrival in our office.

If the customer cancel the order, the following reimbursement is payable:

- 35 - 14 days before the start of the holiday 50% of the deposit paid upon booking;

- 13 - 7 days between 70% of the deposit paid upon booking;

- within 6 days or 100% of the deposit paid upon booking.
