Free cancellation until 7 days before check-in! 30% of the total price will be charged in case of cancellation within 7 days before check-in.

Mancarurile care sunt disponibile in restaurant sun bune.

Curatenia mai lasa de dorit (fire de par in pat). Suporti de peperete si cosul din baie total ruginit. In zona piscinii niste sezlonguru uzate/distruse. NU este sauna. In restaurant de si este A la Carte, majoritatea optiunilor afisate in meniu nu sunt disponibile la cina.

Se putea aspira în camera măcar la 3 zile!

Camere curate și frumoasa,personal recepție super ok,mic dejun sățios.

Curatenie în cameră ,ora târzie.Mâncarea lasa de dorit, pârlita la exterior și crudă în interior,servire lentă, personal puțin și noul ospătar își depășește limitele competentei,i.ar trebuii un curs de bune maniere si o fisa a postului bine întocmită pe care sa o respecte riguros.

Sub ori ce critica.Nu are personal adegvat pentru un hotel de ***.Fara chelner.Lipsa mancariri din meniu Fara gramaj corespunzator.Arcuri iesite din saltea.Am platit o camera dubla cu Pat de 2 persoana am primit camera single cu pat de ő persoana.Nu recomand la nimen!!!!!!!

Totul a fost bine - locație plăcută intr- o zonă linistita, aproape de Aqua Park President, ( beneficiezi de voucher 50% reducere la strand President), condiții de cazare ok, personal amabil.

Ne-a plăcut amabilitatea tuturor persoanelor care s-au ocupat de noi.Hotelul este într-o zonă liniștită a stațiunii Felix. Curățenia domnește peste tot.

Există piscina interioara. Este aproape de Aqua parcul President (5 min. de mers pe jos).

Domnul care era seara la recepție, nu a fost foarte prietenos atunci când am întrebat dacă se poate sta pe terasa de la restaurant, chiar daca nu era deschis la restaurant.

Personalul este amabil. Piscina este placuta.

Micul dejun nu este diversificat,aceleasi produse zilnic! Jacuzzi ar putea sa functioneze mai bine!
