Galagie(langa hotel au fost numai manele si lautari) , apa calda venea greu si cu portia, am facut dus rece cu copil mic(cand am intrebat a zis ca toata lumea face multe dusuri si nu ajunge apa calda) , mancare saraca la micul dejun, putine feluri de mancare, cafea foarte proasta, confort scazut pentru un hotel de 4 stele, saltea tare, perne foarte proaste aer conditionat de pe vremea lui ceasca!!! Nu recomand deloc!!!

COVID measures: Nu au fost luate nici o masura impotriva covid, nimeni nu purta masca niciodata!!!!

Personal amabil, locatie f frumoasa si curata, linistita, camera frumoasa si spatioasa, priveliste frumoasa de la balcon

Zgomot cauzat de tunsul ierbii la 2 zile, mic dejun destul de sarac (fara fructe, prajituri, cereale integrale, suc), meniu restaurant destul de scump

Personalul este foarte prietenos, micul dejun este excelent. Privelistea asupra lacului Suitghiol de pe terasa este exceptionala.

Usa de la baie se inchidea doar partial, in camera intra un miros greu de la canalizare. Camera nu a avut balcon, in cazul in care am fi avut nevoie sa punem haine la uscat, nu am fi avut unde. Intre lac si restul statiunii Mamaia se afla practic o autostrada cu 3 benzi/ sens, intens circulata, masinile trec uzual cu ~100 km/h, nu exista pasaje pietonale, nu exista semafoare, doar treceri pentru pietoni simple. Acest ultim fapt nu tine de hotel, dar este o problema.

Foarte curat, camera spațioasă, zonă liniștită, personal amabil. Parcare privată. Apusul se vede foarte frumos de la piscină.

Micul dejun. Urme de ruj pe ceașca de cafea teoretic spălată. Salata Caesar comandată avea ingrediente... lipsă. Ca o sugestie, aș recomanda ca personalul de la restaurant să aibă altă ținută (cămașă albă).
