The receptionist was OK and polite.

The room cleaner, one lady, was speaking very loud at the telephone and smoking 30 minutes under my balcony. ... Nobody asked apologize. I paid nearly 200 EUR/ 2night accommodation for fresh air, not to smell cigarette of the room cleaner. The breakfast was mediocre and did not fit the money.
